A true holy grail for Barbour collectors. This authentic vintage Solway Zipper features the rare and desirable 2-Crest label, dating it specifically between 1982 and 1987. The Solway is legendary for its heavy-duty construction and functional belted waist, taking its design inspiration from the Ursula suits worn by WWII submarine crews.

Condition: Amazing vintage condition and there are no visible marks or tears. For its age this amazing. Has a light patina, which we have restored with gentle cleaning of the lining and a small amount of wax added in places. It is missing its original belt unfortunately and there is no hood.

Material: Heavyweight 8oz waxed cotton outer with the original 100% cotton Barbour tartan lining.
