Once your items sell VOUT will notify you and you'll receive profits from the sale in a simple one off payment or store credit.
Through our consignment service, we welcome a broad range of designer, luxury and vintage pieces, with a focus on brand names such as Burberry, YSL, Barbour, Levi’s, Chanel, Gucci, Stone Island, Raf Simons and Balenciaga
Whilst we aim to list all consignment products at the same time, we’re unable to predict when certain sales will come through. Your products will be listed on various platforms, giving them the highest possible chance of a sale.
Through our quality assurance checks, we’ll be examining clothing items for obvious tears, rips, damage and stains. Whilst small fixable problems such as loose buttons or small tears will be permitted, seriously damaged items will be disposed of or returned to the sender.
All items will be professionally dry cleaned by VOUT before being sold and shipped.
As a consignment seller, you will receive a percentage of the profits for each individual item sold through Sell with VOUT. We will aim to pay you as quickly as possible and this could be in 24 hours. Preferred method of payment is via bank transfer.
Don't worry, we will either collect the items ourself or organise a courier to collect. All items will be dry cleaned upon reaching us, but the normal level of care is expected to ensure the clothes arrive in good condition for reselling.
