Consignment Terms and Conditions

You and VOUT Retail Ltd agree to the following:Β 

β€’ Currently VOUT Retail Ltd only offer this service to UK consignees / sellers.

β€’ All consignment products remain your property until the point that the payment is made, this is the agreed amount stated on the initial email unless stated otherwise.

β€’ All completed purchases need to wait 14 days before being available for payment.Β 

β€’ Once purchases have passed the 14 day period VOUT Retail Ltd will process payments to sellers once a month – around the 30th of each month.

β€’ All items are fully insured once they are in VOUT Retail Ltd’s hands and stored in one of our locations.Β 

β€’ VOUT Retail Ltd will take full responsibility for any loss or damage to the item whilst in our possession.Β 

β€’ VOUT Retail Ltd has the right to list the item on www.vout.com. You can request at any point to have your item returned to you, which will incur a service charge (Β£15) to cover postage.Β 

β€’ VOUT Retail Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the initial offer via a written revised offer if the submission is not accurate, you have the right to decline the offer and the item can be returned to you. (this will incur a Β£15 service charge)

β€’ Any item that is found to be counterfeit will be returned and a Β£15 service charge will be applied to have your item returned.Β 

β€’ Any item that is 'not as described' in your submission will incur a Β£15 service fee to have your item returned. (Please ensure your condition rating is accurate and any flaws are included in your submission).Β 

β€’ Items can be returned to you from our consignment programme at any point. If returned after 60 days, VOUT Retail Ltd will charge postage costs to return the items to you.

  • Any additional costs incurred by VOUT Retail Ltd in selling your items (eg Dry cleaning and postage) will be deducted from the payouts.
